Continuous process improvement that encompasses the three pillars of People, Process and Technology drives the "Six Sigma" methodologies across the organization. In keeping with this, over 1000 personnel are trained and well–versed in Six Sigma processes – we have to our credit 20 certified green belts, 20 certified yellow belts 20 certified champions and 4 Black Belts.
The "Six Sigma" process followed comprises three vital components – Strategic, Tactical and Cultural.
The Strategic Component identifies and prioritizes key business processes and focal points in the organization that are regularly improved for effectiveness and efficiency.
The Tactical component deals with the methods, tools & approach taken up for successful delivery of improvement projects. New product / process migration is taken through a 5 phased Designed for Six Sigma approach.
The Cultural component addresses the challenges of 'Change Management' with the Executive Leadership Team inducing the organization to view the entire program as the way of life, rather than an additional initiative.
