HOV Services JOINS ANGEL LEARNING'S ALLIANCE PARTNER PROGRAM
TROY, Mich. – October 9, 2006 – HOV Services, LLC., a proven provider of document management outsourcing and business process improvement solutions for document intensive markets, today announced it has recently partnered with ANGEL Learning, developer of the simply powerful ANGEL Learning Management Suite (LMS), as part of the ANGEL Alliance Partner Program.
