Competitive Advantage » Migration Methodology » Onboarding Team
At HOV Services eCONTENT MAX, the on-boarding team that consists of domain specialists from the publishing/ testing environment plays a vital role in building a strong foundation to establish a customer relationship. All new business proposals are sent to this team in the form of RFP (Request for proposal). The on boarding team thoroughly assesses the project specifications to determine the timelines and the process to be followed. The cost analysis is then carried out and the final price quote and the ramp-up time needed to go live are submitted to the CRM member who Iiaises with the customer for the RFP.

In the instance where a sample is required along with the price quote, the on-boarding team creates hand made test batches with no or partial automation.

Once the submitted price and other terms are approved, a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) is created and signed by HOV Services eCONTENT MAX and the customer.
