When it comes to physical security, we incorporate international standards in security monitoring and have deployed various in-house solutions in partnership with leading names in data protection.

Physical access to all production processing areas is controlled using electronic door locks with individually assigned and configured card keys or fobs. Access to computer terminals and programming editors as well as production client server components are controlled by unique user-ID and password restrictions.

We also implement some of the most stringent security measures including Network protection by Nokia 440 firewalls running checkpoint software at all Internet access points, Symantec IDS intrusion detection in all servers containing customer or financial data, Manhunt IDS at all Internet gateways, Anti-virus protection and spam filter at corporate e-mail gateway, NAV software at desktop level and a dedicated information security team to ensure that the privacy, secrecy and sensitivity of information.
